What is Blue Language Hub?

Blue Language Hub is an online English-exam prep app (TOEIC, TOEFL iBT, IELTS and Cambridge). You take a free placement test, then receive a daily training plan tailored to your CEFR level (A1 to C2), with exercises, official-format mock exams and progress tracking.
Which English exams are covered?

Four certifications: TOEIC (score out of 990), TOEFL iBT (out of 120), IELTS (band 1 to 9) and the Cambridge exams (B1 Preliminary to C2 Proficiency). You choose your exam at sign-up and the path adapts to that certification's format and skills.
Is the placement test really free?

Yes. The placement test is 100% free and needs no credit card. In a few minutes you get your estimated level on the European CEFR scale, a realistic score goal and a preview of your training plan.
How does the daily training plan work?

Each day, Blue Language Hub offers a “lesson of the day” made of a few exercises targeted at your weak spots and your level. Difficulty adjusts automatically as you progress, and spaced repetition (SRS) brings back what you need to consolidate at the right time.
Are there official-format mock exams?

Yes. You can take timed mock exams that reproduce the format and sections of each certification (Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing depending on the exam), with a score estimate at the end.
Is there a free path by level A1 to C2?

Yes. Beyond the exam-based path, an open CEFR path lets you revise level by level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) with grammar mini-sheets, varied quizzes, writing and vocabulary mini-games.
How do I activate my license or code?

Go to the “Activate a key” page, enter the code received after your purchase (or provided by your institution), and your full access unlocks immediately on your account.
What are the prices and plans?

Several plans exist: monthly, quarterly or yearly access for individuals, and group plans (family, class, institution) that provide several licenses to hand out. Details and prices are on the Pricing page.
Can I prepare several exams?

Yes. You can change your target exam from your profile. If you've already reached your goal on one certification, a loyalty offer lets you prepare a second one at a reduced price.
Does the app work on mobile and offline?

Yes. Blue Language Hub is a progressive web app (PWA): you can install it on your phone and keep training even with a limited connection. Your progress is synced to your account.
How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page: describe your request (question, technical issue, billing) and our team replies by email. Remember to include your account email for faster handling.
How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

An invoice is generated for every plan or license purchase. You can find it in your account, or request it via the Contact page with your order reference.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time from the unsubscribe page. Sign-up is opt-in only (box not pre-ticked).
Is my personal data protected?
